I am a Registered Nurse currently working on obtaining my Lifestyle Medicine Wellness Coach Certification. My background is extensive in Hospice and Palliative Care which focuses on the whole person; mind, body and spirit.

I bring that focus to Fare | Well Medical Practice to assist individuals in finding their own best path to health and wellness. I am a proud mom to two wonderful young men and one beautiful black lab mix dog who truly is my best friend. I am also a musician and have been performing in WNY for over 20 years with the band Swift Kick. I’d love to see you on the dance floor!
