about us
Eat well, move well, sleep well, do well, and be well.
This is where Fare | Well started; the practice name represents living a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle.
Many people interpret the name as “farewell,” meaning goodbye. We embrace this version as saying goodbye to the current way and welcoming a new approach to medical care.
Our mission is to learn your story, understand your foundation, create a safe space for patients and providers, be a catalyst for lifestyle change, and embody what we teach.
our philosophy
We believe in a physician-patient relationship based on respect and trust.
We want to learn your story, know your pet’s name and your favorite food; we want to know what matters to you most and continue to build from there. Our approach is focused on lifestyle management first and using medications when indicated.
our team
Alisha Lall, MD
Primary Care Physician
I am a board-certified family medicine physician and lifestyle medicine physician, providing care for adolescents and adults in Western New York since 2018.
I created a unique approach to patient-centered care rooted in lifestyle medicine. This focuses on six pillars of health: food, movement, sleep, stress management, community, and using medications responsibly. I am dedicated to expanding this approach of medical care and ensuring that our community receives the care it deserves.
When I am not in office, you can find me at the yoga studio, taking morning walks with my pup, cooking with my husband, and finding new challenges along the way.
our reviews
Dr. Lall has given me hope after many years of frustrating doctor visits, not feeling heard or taken seriously…
After struggling to find a doctor who listens and doesn’t immediately go to prescription medications, I am so happy to be one of Dr. Lall’s patients!
